Highlights
- •Spontaneous otogenic pneumocephalus is a rare condition usually treated with surgery.
- •It can be managed conservatively with serial imaging follow up.
- •Hyperpneumatisation of the temporal bone with acute precipitating factor is commonly seen in cases of spontaneous otogenic pneumocephalus.
